I bought this DVD and was very disappointed. There is no live footage of the band just pictures. Everyone that's interviewed are just fans. I would wait until there OFFICIAL DVD comes out early next year.
This is NOT Incubus January 20, 2003 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
Ok, Incubus RULES!!!... But this DVD has almost nothing to do with the actual band. Over 3/4 of the DVD is people's opinion of the band, and then the interview with DJ 1987... Don't buy this DVD, for the love of God, DON'T!!! Everything that is halfway good on this DVD is information that you could get from anywhere! Don't waste your money on this...
Don't Buy It December 8, 2003 This dvd sucks. I agree with all of these one star reviews. I bought it a year or so ago and have since then decided never to buy unauthorized dvds again as well as gotten a lot smarter with my purchases. I do however recommend any of the other two official Incubus dvds out there - when incubus attacks vol.1 and morning view...Great dvds.

i absolutely agree with everything *A viewer from Cambridge* said... this DVD is a total waste of money... at first i saw it on a store and thought it could be a rare limited release, but its true... the first screen says that theres no incubus songs nor live presentations, nor interviews, nor NOTHING AT ALL!!! its just a stupid [mean name] speakin about things all of us already know... But the worst about this [mean name]is that he does the presentation as if Incubus was something boring to talk about, or as if what Incubus did was somehting any wannabe could have done, and thats what [set] me off mostly... WASTE OF MONEY, kids!!!
Wait...I paid money for this? January 2, 2005 incubus1 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I read all of the trash talked on this video, but I refused to believe something that carried Incubus' name would be this horrible. Although I only paid 49 cents for this, I still feel ripped off. Everything about this was a slap in the face to any Incubus fan.
One reason why this sucked so much was because everything seemed forced, nothing just flowed, it was an extremely rough transition into each chapter. The "narrator" of this was especially annoying. He had a habit of frowning after every 9 or 10 words, and it also seemed like he would fit cuss words in just to sound cool. The self-proclaimed "fans" even sounded phony. Everything that comes out of their mouths sounds exactly like every biography of the band you have ever read on the internet. The guy was the most annoying though. He was one of those people who try to say little one-liners just to be funny, when in all actuality they are the furthest thing from it. He tries to make himself out to sound like he's been an Incubus fan since the get-go. The absolute worst part in this video has to be towards the end of the film where he has an acoustic guitar and he's trying his hardest to be cool and play an Incubus song. The girl is also aggrivating. She tries to sound like an expert on all things Incubus. The interviews containing people involved with the record industries were such bull, they just stated the obvious in every situation. And finally, the interview with DJ 1987, formerly DJ Lyfe off of the S.C.I.E.N.C.E. CD. There is no use whatsoever for this interview. All he did was talk about rap and his early days. Word of advice-NO ONE CARES.
All in all, listen to the reviewers before me, steer as clear from this as you can. There is no reason for this video to have ever been made. I took it as an insult and you probably will too. If you do, however, wish to see this, be prepared to be offended and have a good laugh, because all of the interviews are complete hogwash, and the quality of this video is as crappy as you can get.
