Baby One More Time was written by pop wizard and hit maker Max Martin. The song begins with a superb and instantly recognisable beat - the three strong piano notes that dominate the song. Britney's voice is very good on Baby One More Time - she gets to showcase her whole range. The verses are about a girl who has let her boyfriend go and that she wants him back. She is mourning him in the verses, before building up the bridge by singing about how she wishes she could have him back before bursting out into an electrifying chorus with superb beats, melodies and one amazingly powerful bassline. The song has some superb lyrics and Britney really sells them from the bottom of her (broken) heart - no pun intended; From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart, song from Britney's debut album Baby One More Time. 1999 was a great year for Britney - her debut album sold a whopping 20 million copies worlwide, she won 4 MTV Europe Music Awards, had No.1's all over the world and performed at sell-out concerts the world over. I was getting bored with all the music out there till Britney came on the scene. She is funky and is not afraid to admit she is beautiful. She may even be stuck up but I believe that all of us would be if we looked like that! She is very talented. I love this song. Anybody who disses her needs to stop!

It includes the radio mix, a instrumental mix, Autumn Goodbye (not on U.S. album) and David Ospirina Mix Club Mix. I would recommend to any Britney Spears fan this single.

Although I love "Baby One More Time...", the price of this import single isn't really worth it. What it has on it is the radio version of "Baby One More Time...", an instrumental version, "Autumn Goodbye", and a remix. The remix isn't really good. It sounds empty and doesn't make good use of the song. For the about the same price, you could buy the full Britney Spears album.

I just bought the Britney Spears CD a couple of weeks ago, and I love it. My friend Kristi and I always dance to her songs when we hang out, and it is the CD that I always have playing in my car. The CD is just full of great songs that I think everyone can relate to in one way or another.
