The Pez Kings Do It Again October 25, 2000 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
Being that LTJ is my favorite band of all time, I couldn't go wrong with this CD. It has all the greats such as Johnny Quest Thinks Were Sellout, Rock n Roll Pizzera, Whipping Boy, and Automatic. The whole CD rocks and there are 24 songs so it keeps you entertained for a long time. To make it short.....BUY THIS CD IF YOUR AN LTJ FAN OR JUST A PUNK/SKA FAN.
Pez Collection - Less Than Jake at their best December 12, 1999 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I'm a long time Less Than Jake fan and a collector of their merchandise, and I have to say that this is a great CD. It's basically a "best of" CD, where the band chose their favorite songs and put them all on one CD. It's definitely worth the money, I highly recommend it to any new fan or old fan.
LTJ Fans Buy This! July 10, 2002 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
The Pez Collection is a collection of Less Than Jake songs from there previous albums put together on one CD. It has all the best songs on this album and no Less Than Jake fan should be without it. It's only eighteen dollars for twenty-four of their greatest songs. A definite buy.
Teenage angst is just so 1997 darling April 22, 2000 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
If you buy this album for no other reason, buy it cos it's HAPPY! Please, please, please: yes, Kurt Cobain was very talented, but "I hate myself and I want to die" was never going to be a particularly productive motto, was it? Now LTJ, on the other hand, these boys really know how to have fun, whilst writing philosophical songs that approach meaningful and important topics, like... umm...Cheez... and, er...Grease covers... and, um,... yeah...so, anyway, if you don't have any other albums, this an excellent intro to ska-punk, and I believe it contains the best of LTJ (though frankly, they should have included "All my best friends..." aswell), cos, if you didn't know, they may have, like, 50 LPs, or whatever, but they probably have only a few more songs than that, because they just put them in different combinations every time - hah! I have revealed your secret! Anyway, babbling now, so: Buy this album cos it's shanky, and you can skank to it like a hyperactive 3- year old on a mixture of orange squash and speed.
