    "Precious Illusions" from the album "Under Rug Swept" is a fine single. It has the qualities of most Alanis' singles; a great hook, fine melody, lyrics with a bite and great vocals. The single has been released with great variations among the other songs.

    This version includes an moving acoustic version of the first single from the album "Hands Clean" - this track alone would make the CD worthwhile.

    Moreover there are the single-only songs "Offer" and "Bent For U". "Offer" is a slow, slightly droning, but still very melodic track - great track.

    "Bent For U" is the most hard rocking song on the 4 tracks single - also a fine track that deserves release!

    All in all a great single CD; where all tracks have fine qualities in their own rights.
