I have to respectfully disagree with the above negative review. Not innovative? How inaccurate! They meld some many sounds together that the resulting sound is awesome and very innovative! I am nearly 40 years old and have been listening to alternative music for nearly 20 years. Back when U2 was new. RKK really strikes a chord with me. They have a really cool sound for starters. They can play really anthem/arena style power songs (U2), can get jiggy with fun cool pop songs (Duran Duran)and have a taste for depression based angst tunes (Morrisey/Smiths). These guys rise to the top of the newcomers list in my opinion. This disc is very listenable and I look forward to future releases.
Check them out...you won't be disappointed!

I was able to catch these guys live sometime last year. They put on a good live show despite there were only 7 people in the audience. I bought the album after the show, listened to it only a few times then put it away. Just last month I dug the album out for a quick listen and was blown away by how great it sounds. Although they are a seemingly young band, they've got great potential. I eagerly await to see what they do w/ their ability.

I saw this band live and it doesn't seem like they've progressed one bit. Nothing new here, but if you'd like your Killers record mixed with Coldplay, slowed down, and devoid of innovation, then you might enjoy this. Otherwise, forget it.
