Dance Mixed Grace September 25, 2003 Michael Kerner (Brooklyn, New York U.S.A.) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
For Kelly Rowland, she had a lot more to prove for her solo work as a member of Destiny's Child, than any other member, especially Beyonce. Still, she was a little bit able to make her own feel from the experience. Her second single, Can't Nobody, is a little less catchy and meaningful, than her previous hit Stole. Although the beat was right, the song really almost sounded like another Destiny's Child song. Still, it remains just as a first try for Kelly on her own. Right now, she should try to rethink about being a part Destiny's Child all over again. They need to be a team again, and score those massive hit dance tracks.
Let's Get Small !!!! April 17, 2003 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Song is tight. The beat is actually from an old 80s song by a Washington, DC Go-Go band called of Trouble Funk. The song was called "Let's Get Small"
Groovy. April 27, 2003 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a great song from a great record. Much preferable to what Destiny's child were doing on survivor, IMO. Hot beat and delicate keyboard and strings. Fresh.
Can't nobody tell me any different... March 30, 2003 Ricky DiPietro (Concord New Hampshire) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This song has one of the most explosive beats I think I have ever heard... EVER! Kelly Rowland is here to stay and "Can't Nobody" tell me any different!
