Superior Death Metal October 8, 2003 Hailing from Sweden is Imperial Domain and this is the debut album of this extremely talented Death Rock band or Imperial metal as the band themselves call it . Imperial Domain can be compared to early Paradise Lost with lots more potential than their predecessor . If you are perhaps bored of the crap releases that the market puts out nowadays and happen to be on the lookout for something fresh , this just may be what you are looking for . Unlike most of the typical Swedish melodic death/black bands that sound alike , Imperial Domain brings out something of a much deeper nature . In my opinion , if they were allowed to develop they would most certainly be one of the top rated bands around very much later on . Introducing the band , Imperial Domain is : Philip Borg (guitar) , Erik Wargloo (bass) , Tobias Heideman (vox) who incidently also sounds very original , Peter Laitinen (guitar) and Alvaro Romero on drums . This is perhaps one of the best releases ever put out by a label and undoubtly one of the best albums to be released in the 98/99 commercial metal season . Next album is on it's way!!!!!
