Album Description
Jesse McCartney's solo debut EP features three new tracks including the ballad "Why Don't You Kiss Her" written by Jason Blume, known for churning out hits for Britney Spears and the Backstreet Boys. The EP also includes "Don't You," written by Anoo Bhagavan, Jonas von der Berg and Harry Sommerdahl of the the Ace of Base production team and "Beautiful Soul," written and produced by two of LA's freshest pop-music producers, Adam Watts and Andy Dodd.

I love McCartney! He's got a great voice and he's sooo nice in person. His EP JMac is great! There are 3 songs plus a hidden track (acoustic version of one of the songs).
1. Beautiful Soul ~ Awesome song! My favorite of the three. You could never get enough of this song in my opinnion! It can also be heard on Radio Disney.
2. Don't You ~ This is another upbeat song which Jesse sounds awesome on. Great dance song too!
3. Why Don't You Kiss Her ~ The ballad on the EP. With this song, Jesse proves he's still got the voice for ballads! Totally sweet.
Hidden Track ~ An acoustic version of Don't You. I love this version... Jesse sounds awesome and so does the acoustic guitar. I personally like this version better than the original... yet both versions totally rock!!
This CD rocks my socks off! Totally great!

OMG!Jesse sounds amazing.His EP is off the charts!I'd totally rate this one a 100. I love him soooo much.Ok...lol anywayz this EP is totally awesome and it features three songs and a bonus track.
1. Beautiful Soul~ This song is awesome! Its my all-time favorite. JMac sounds soo mature in this song and it rated Top 3 on the Radio Disney charts.The first I heard it I just got so into it I listened to it for 10 hours!
2. Don't You~ This one is way cool. It's totally upbeat and perfect for singing and dancing to.Totally phat.
3. Why Don't You Kiss Her~ You've gotta love this one. It's so cute how he likes this girl and can't admit it.Really nice ballad.The song just zaps you into it.
Bonus Track~ This one's the acoustic version of Don't You. Totally cute! Nice tempo. The guitar and his voice has a nice mix.
Anywayz this CD is worth it. I listened to so much I got my little sis(8) into and my BF.Even my parents know it! Well buy it and then make an opinion about it but don't judge it by reading reviews.He is NOT an Aaron Cater wannabe no matter what anyone says!!!

Ok Jesse has been very successful and we as the fans enjoy listening to his new debut. It is great. Not many songs in it,even if it was just one song, it still brings joy to our hearts. i, as one of his biggest fans, have wathed him grow stronger in the music,acting,dancing, category. He succeeded with Dream Street, Sugar Beat, All my children, and many more. Jesse makes everyone proud and encourages other kids to do the same thing. Jesse's song Beautiful Soul is so beautiful. Its just like listening to an angel singing. Jesss is a GREAT vocalist.He can do high notes, low notes, etc.In this EP he shows us all how tough he can be. And how successful he has been. Jesse is not a quiter, and he's always there trying and trying, Never giving up! This CD really touches my heart. Jesse has the most beautifulest voice ever! This EP is one of those that you will want to hear over and over and over and not get tired of it EVER! Its just his talent shows here, and all the hard work, and everything he's worked for. This CD is the BEST ever made!!! Everyone should buy it, and give it a try. Once you listen to it, You are HOOKED!!!

I've been a big fan of Jesse's since he was in the boy band Dream Street (which wasn't all that successful), and let me tell you, his singing and performing have come a long way.While he was a good singer before, his voice has matured on this CD and he has definitely become an amazing singer. He's a great performer (I've seen several of his concerts) and is very friendly in person! The songs on this CD are Beautiful Soul, Don't You, Why Don't You Kiss Her, and a hidden track: an accoustic version of Don't You. Beautiful Soul and Don't You are fast, upbeat, cheerful and catchy songs that never get old. Why Don't You Kiss Her is a slow song, but it has an excellent melody and Jesse's voice really sounds great on it. The accoustic version of Don't You is awesome...I actually like it better than the original version of the song! Altogether, this CD is definitely worth buying. The only thing I don't like about it is how it's so short. If you're a fan of Jesse's music, you can try buying the Disneymania 2 CD (Jesse sings "The Second Star to the Right" from 'Peter Pan'), the Ella Enchanted soundtrack (Jesse sings a duet with Anne Hathaway...a cover of "Don't Go Breaking My Heart"), and the upcoming A Cinderella Story soundtrack, which will feature a couple Jesse songs and will be released on July 13. Also, a full-length Jesse CD will be released in September. I can't wait!

Jesse McCartney WILL be the next rage and hottest pop singer, count on it. here are my reasons:
1. songs- unlike most disney songs, Jesse McCartney's songs are very mature for his age. that's one of the reasons why his " Beautiful Soul" is not very popular ( "Beautiful Soul" is only #23 in the voting list). pretty much all of radio disney's listeners are little kids, go figure. But because it is mature, his songs are also fit for older people, not just little kids.
2. voice- two words to describe it: AMAZING and SEXY. his voice is also very mature, unlike many other boy singers ( for example Stevie Brock), his singing doesn't sound like a girl. his singing is very smooth.
3. looks- who can deny that Jesse McCartney is incredibly cute? and he doesn't look cute in a Jerky way ( for example Aaron Carter). Also he dresses very natural rather than trying to look hot ( for example, Justin Timberlake). This makes him even more attractive.
4. attitude- this is what I love most about him! He is sooooooo incredibly modest. not arrogant like many other pop singers. also he is very true, not a bit fake-ish.His good acting proves this
overall, he is PERFECT. good job Jesse!!! and I wish you best of luck in your journey!
