Better than her first CD.
Note that the VCD bundled with this version is actually a data cd that will play on your computer but not on a real VCD or DVD player.

Ok first off, yes, I, like many other red-blooded males was initially attracted to her physical presence..Who could blame me?
But both her albums are terrific, granted she is being mentored by Mylene Farmer(spelling?), but that is for the best. Where Mylene lacked in vocal talent, Alizee makes up, and one can not dismiss Mylene talents in song writing and production...so this is a great team.
I can't think of one song on either album that I disliked.
Buy either album and enjoy, so what if you don't understand the words, the melodies are good and the production too.
P.S. for more music that is good and you can't understand what is being sung....check out Romanian pop star Anna Lesko....model, singer and painter....yummy too.

Alizee is my favourite pop singer. I've listened to "J'en Ai Marre" last year, and I got more of her songs. "Moi... Lolita" is maybe her best one. Just a few weeks ago I imported her two albums ("Gourmandises" & "Mes Courants Electriques") directly from France (it cost me very much!). But I was sure it would be one of the best CD purchases of my life. I didn't get dissapointed.
This VCD is a piece of marketing. I think for US customers. It includes all songs from French (Original) version of "Mes Courants Electriques" and English versions of songs "J'en Ai Marre" (I'm ed Up!), "J'Ai Pas Vignt Ans" (I'm Not Twenty) and "Youpidou" (Youpidoo). It also includes her HOTTEST hit "Moi... Lolita". These are the audio files. Very nice list.
It also offers two videos: "I'm Fed Up" and "Moi... Lolita", just to know her wonderful body. I've downloaded near 13 Alizee's videos and I'm sure you'll like these two both.
So, for US customers (and worldwide who don't know her) to buy this CD, you won't feel dissapointed at all.

Some people here in the U.S.A. are upset with the French for not fighting in Iraq. However, I'm upset with them for keeping this girl a secret. She's sort of the Britney Spears of France ony this girl has talent! Granted, most of her songs are in French and I don't understand a word she's saying but it sounds good anyway. I don't like to dance, but if I did, this would be great music for it. And when it comes to looks, this girl knocks out Britney and Christina and anyone else here in the USA. Please give us more of her on the other side of the pond!

Awesome! I learned about this artist by stumbling on her American fan site: Alizee America. I don't understand French but after hearing a couple of her songs there I was immediately hooked and had to get the CD. This specific CD contains 4 bonus tracks (3 English remix and 1 of her hit single from her first CD: Gourmandises) and 1 VCD containing 2 music videos (the quality is okay, but you can find higher quality videos to view at one of her fan sites). Note: The VCD can only be viewed on your PC, at least it was for me. Thanks!
PS: It didn't ship with "a 5 inch mousepad with Alizee's photo plus 5 postcard size picture cards".
