1.-Hypnotic-9.Dance song,very very electronic.The beats are simply awesome.Its very sensual and the chrous is catchy
2.-State Of Mind-9,5.Her first single on this album.Its perfect,very electronic,and catchy.Its definately a grower!.It has such a great beat.
3.-Everything I Hate-9.Another dance song,less electronic than the first two,but is just as catchy as them.
4.-Desire-9,5-Great intro,great verses,great vocals,great beat, AMAZING chrous.Does a song need something more?NO.This is supossed to be the second single and rumours say that the track is being re-making as a single.I hope it woulnd't change a lot.
5.-Curious-8.Is catchy and very electronic.It hasn't had the best lyrics.
6.-Ricochets-9,5.Her Only "Ballad" song.It has such a great lyrics and vocals.The chrous is very very catchy.For being a ballad song it has fastly beats.
7.-Roll Over-8,5.The lyrics aren't that great but this track is very catchy.It has as all the tracks on the album,fantastic beats.
8.-Tongue-Tied-7.Great beats but it isn't as great and as catchy as another tracks
9.-Over N Out-7.Same as track number 8.
10.-Somebody Out There-9,5.I have just read that a reviewer said that this is a "slower song".Where do you have your ears?You have may not heard this song full,because it has impressive beats,lyrics and chrous.Is an ELECTRONIC song(Pop with electronic beats if you want)
11.-Action-7.Same as tracks number 8 and 9.I think this 3 sound very similiar,maybe im wrong,but are the "weakness" tracks of the album
12.-Double Take-10.I LOVE this song.The same reviewer said that again is a slower song...no comments,this is a fast song!it has the best Beats in my opinion!(listen to the song at 2:06).Catchy and lovely.Maybe her vocals and lyrics seems to be a slower track but it isn't.
13.-Please Please Me-10.Bonus track.OMG it has such a good chrous,lyrics and beats.
14.-Just Like Me-10.Bonus Track.This is probably the best song.It has a strange beat and a "lala" part sound.It's catchy of course :) and really enjoyable.

Unlike the other reviewers here, I think Footprints is the better of Holly's two albums. This is good, but Footprints has more catchy songs then this CD.
This album is an alright follow-up, but it could have been MUCH better. By the end of the album all the songs sound the same (except for a few songs), and the middle of the album is where most of the good tracks are. I seem to really like the tracks people hate....
Track rundown:

1. Hypnotic (4/5)
I like the futuristic feeling of this song. It's a good effect I think. Holly's vocals are computerised and breathy, and the lyrics are naughty - the chorus is catchy. This is a good opener to the album, but is not a favourite of mine.
2. State Of Mind (5/5)
You can't fault this song. This is one of the best songs on the CD. It went top ten in the UK but only just. It should have charted higher, because it is very good. Very electronic pop, with a catchy as hell chorus. Great song!
3. Everything I Hate (3/5)
This song is alright. It echoes the vibe of the last two tracks, but isn't nearly as good. You can hardly understand what Holly is singing for half the song, especially in the bit before the chorus. The chorus is catchy though.
4. Desire (3/5)
I am actually glad Holly didn't release this song in the end as there would have been other much better songs to release. It sounds like State Of Mind and Hypnotic, but not as good. Not even the chorus is catchy - the bit before the chorus is good though, and it has great music.
5. Curious (3.5/5)
I like the music, but again this song is nothing special. We are five tracks into the album and already they sound the same -this could be Desire or Everything I Hate for all I know. At least you can hear Holly singing and the chorus is catchy.
6. Ricochets (5/5)
Finally! A good track! I don't know why people hate this ballad. I love it. It's one of the best tracks on the CD. Holly pulls it off very well, and the lyrics are very clever. The chorus is sooooo catchy, and I find myself singing along. This is definitely one of the better tracks on the album. My third favourite, and the only ballad on the album!
7. Roll Over (5/5)
This is my second favourite on the album. It's just soooo funky, very electronic pop but it's good unlike the other tracks of the same genre. The lyrics are ace on the chorus and it's catchy! A great track, finally we're getting somewhere.
8. Tongue Tied (2/5)
This song is sooooo bland. It sounds like the other tracks except worse. Holly's voice is understated and it's not even catchy. Possibly my least favourite on the album. It is sandwiched between two great tracks.
9. Over N Out (5/5)
This song is great for a party. I love it when Holly sings 'Over And Out' during the verses - it's so great! This song is sooooo catchy, it's one of the poppiest tracks on the album. This song could be on Footprints, it's that kind of track. Another favourite.
10. Somebody Out There (3/5)
This song is like Tongue-Tied, except slightly better. Holly's vocals are understated again, and the song is boring.
11. Action (5+++/5)
The shining moment of the album! It all slides into samey crap at the end, except for this track! It's a upbeat club stormer, with great lyrics, and you can actually hear Holly singing! The bridge is very cool with Holly singing very high, and the chorus is cool and catchy. This is my favourite on the album, by far. She should have released it!
12. Double Take (3/5)
At the beginning it sounds a bit odd like a funeral march, but it gets better when the beat kicks in. AGAIN, Holly's vocals are understated, they need to stop doing that to her! It's not a very good closer to the album, but the chorus is catchy.

Apart from those 5 songs (which are outstanding) and possibly Hypnotic and Curious, this CD is disappointing. Footprints was much better, with more catchier pop song. You'll like this if you like more electronic pop music. I hope if Holly does do more music, it's not like this (except for the tracks I mentioned as being good), and more like the Footprints material.

This 2nd CD from Holly Vance is really incredible and has been playing non-stop in the CD player of my BMW M3 the last 2 months! It's pop disco very similar to Kylie Minogue, Britney, et all, with really excellent vocals from a beautiful girl. Ther's not a bad song on the CD, and manypotential Number One Hits if it ever gets distributed in America.

Unfortunatley, Holly's first album CD was a little too ho-hum and probably bombed in the USA, and hence her label hasn't brought this new CD to the Colonies from England where the Aussie lass (shades of Kylie!) is now based. I found State of Mind in an Italian music store in Italy and bought it because of the sexy cover, but after playing it back home I was totally blown away. As an import from Amazon.com it is a little pricey, but well worth buying. It's pop rockin' chart bustin' tunes from a beautiful girl and plays purrrfect accompanyment to my Bimmer buring up the freeway at three digits.....
