    Album Description
Lifted from the 2004 album Encore. 'Just Lose It' is classic Shady, reminiscent of hits such as 'Without Me' and 'The Real Slim Shady'. The album version of the title track is b/w an Instrumental version along with the enchanced video. Universal. 2004.

    Album Details
First Single from his 2004 'encore' Full Length. Features the Controversial Video.

I think the reason he does it is so he can say he is consistent at making the First Single off of every album sound funny compared to the other music. Only about 2 Funny songs on CD

5 out of 5 stars just loose it   March 5, 2005

ok, i'm not a usually a fan of eminem, mostly because i'm christian and my parents don't like me listening to him. I've heard his music, of course i don't live under a rock. When i saw and heard just loose it for the first time, it was with my dad in a hotel room. We were getting ready to go to a funeral and we were waiting for my mom while she was in the bathroom. All a sudden, I see this totally wacky/outragous music video that my father and i almost died laughing at. It was great. I think i know just about every word of the song. Although this song is losing momentum because it's been played so many times, i still enjoy hearing it. Just loose it!!

    4 out of 5 stars Eminem's Just Lose It   October 8, 2005

I really enjoyed this single it was a bit of a departure from his usually style and when I say that it means that Eminem is singing part of the verses alongside the rap, and it sounds very fresh for him. This new addition begin on the D12's record "my band" and he just carried it over to his solo record as well. Love it the song is catchy and once you hear it you will want to play it over and over.

5 out of 5 stars True, but still...   November 29, 2004

I agree with what the last poster said. Eminem has a formula and he never switches it up. His first single is always an upbeat, poppy song that will appeal to suburban white kids (My Name Is, Real Slim Shady, Without Me, Just Lose It). Then the rest of the album turns out to be fairly dark and violent, and more of a ghetto "thug" album. That's where the good stuff is -- these first singles he releases are getting really old and are starting to sound the same (when I first Just Lose It, I actually thought it was Without Me).
Even though Just Lose It is hardly Eminem's best single, Eminem's work is at such a high level that this song is still superior to most stuff on the radio right now.
