Pretty Good Thrash MetalJanuary 8, 2006 xitwound117 Altered Aeon are a pretty obscure band, but deserve quite alot more fame judging from Dispiritism.
Dispiritism has pretty noticible modern Swedish melodeath influences, in terms of general sound, but the vocalist and thrash structuring make sure that the album isn't as bad as the current Swedish melodeath scene.
Overall, this isn't a groundbreaking or surprising metal album, but has its great moments and is an enjoyable listen. Recommended for thrash/melodeath fans.
