'Because Of You' is a beautiful, heartfelt ballad. Kelly's voice sounds great as usual, but what really makes this song so good is the lyrics. Kelly wrote this song when she was sixteen, and it's about broken families and the pain divorce can bring. It's a sad song: "Because of you I never stray too far from the sidewalk, because of you I learned to play on the safe side so I don't get hurt, because of you I find it hard to trust not only me but everyone around me, because of you I am afraid..."

Kelly Clarkson sounds nothing at all like Christina Aguilara, and I like Christina's voice and songs as much as I like Ms Clarkson.
Because of you is a beautiful ballard with a great video and it is more country in its sound than pop/rock. I loved it, it's haunting, the melody is superb, the lyrics memorable and Kelly Clarkson has a sound all of her own, so keep on singing girl and don't let no one tell you that you are anyone's music clone, because you are not!!!

Blue Racer: Say bug, isn't Kelly Clarkson only famous for being a pretty face. Japanese Beetle: You are correct Serpent Son, this hillbilly harlot can't sing and looks like one of those cheap h**kers in Full Metal Jacket(Me so h*rny, me love you long time)! Blue Racer: (laughing) Bug, that is so true! I can sing better than her and wasn't made famous due to American Midol! Japanese Beetle: Should be avoided or HAASAH(karate chop) SAYONARA!

sorry everyone but i think kelly wants to be Christina Aguilera
she tries to sound like her, dress like her, she even tittled one of her songs just like one of Christinas songs from her stripped cd. and she screams in her songs...
they may share a recod label but, but there is only one Christina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't wait to buy her CD in spring of 2006.............
