I would never order again from this seller.March 11, 2009 Mariana Kostadinova(USA) I got an item I didn't want. I got something that I would never order, I would not use. It was a RECORD!!! from 30 years ago and I wanted a CD to listen to in my car while driving. I don't know what to do with this record. I am not able to use it in any way, other than just throw it away. I notified the seller this is not what I asked for and that this was sent in error. I was expecting a courtesy of full refund. I asked them a few times, but they were not cooperative, nobody cared. This is not how you keep clients. They could have earned a lot more from me if they did that, because I am buying music all the time and I have ordered many time before and I would have continued ordering from them. Especially if they did what I asked them to do. But not anymore. It is not the money at this point, it's the attention, the pleasure experience that brings the client back, the SERVICE. I would never order again from this seller.
