Product Description Ms. G.O.A.T. is the official street album from Brooklyn s own Lil' Kim. This is the first music Lil Kim has released since her highly successful album Naked Truth , as well as her first effort since being released from prison. Linking up with past collaborators such as Mister Cee and Trackmasters, as well as G-Unit s own DJ Whoo Kid, Ms. G.O.A.T. shows off Kim s skills as the greatest female rapper in the world. She stomps through 23 tracks, paying homage to her heroes such as Lauryn Hill and MC Lyte. In addition, she links up on several official remixes with some of today s hottest stars.

What kind of album is this? January 14, 2009 Tweenie (NYC) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
What kind of album is this? Is this a mixtape album? What? It seems like she just threw a bunch of songs together just to create an album. This is not the Lil Kim I know and luv. Most of the songs she put on here were songs that were previously done with other people. It seems like she did not put any effort into this. Plus, using beats to other peoples songs. Well I am not surprised because Diddy is the King of sampling. What is this Lil Kim? I KNOW you can do better. I KNOW YOU CAN GIRL!!

It's a Mixtape. Not an album August 6, 2009 Skech P (Middle GA) It has some nice solid songs on here. It's sad most of the negative responses she's getting for this is b/c ppl are mistaking this for an actual album.. although some of the new joints would've been great for an album. But this is a mixtape where she pays tribute to the females before her which I think is honorable, especially since femcees never get the full credit they deserved or respect in hip hop. And for her to pay tribute to Lyte, Lauryn, Rage, Boss & Latifah.. as well as others on a skit (Salt-n-Pepa, Cookie Crew, etc.) is commendable.. especially nowadays in an era where the few surviving females are either turn into singers or too busy trying to tear each other down to come together. (BTW: the Kim/Foxy debate has gone on far too long (11 years). I'd still love to a Thelma & Louise joint of them together. (if not an album).
