I don't know who this Joshua Yeary is, but he obviously doesn't know much about music if he isn't familiar with Allison Moorer. This is a classic, old school, cheatin' lovers country song, in either version. While I love Sheryl Crow, this song is just not meant for her... her rendition is a little too sweet and girly. Whereas Ms. Moorer, as another reviewer mentioned, has a much more complex voice; it is every bit as whiskey-soaked and world-weary as this song calls for. Sure, it's a cliche, but in its own way, this version works-- you can easily imagine it being recorded fifteen years ago by George Strait and Tanya Tucker, or decades ago by Hank Williams, Sr. and Patsy Cline. I've never been a big Kid Rock fan, but THIS VERSION of this song just might convert me.

I was hoping to get the version with Sheryl Crow, I had no idea he sang the same song with someone else. Even in the video he is singing with Sheryl Crow. I think Crow's voice sounds much better. I did not want to buy the entire CD for one song, that is why I opted for the single CD. How disappointing....

THIS SONG (PICTURE) SHOULD ONLY BR SUNG BY KID ROCK AND SHERYL CROW, THE MAGNATISM BETWEEN THOSE TWO IS ELECTRIFYING. I WASN'T A KID ROCK FAN UNTIL I HEARD PICTURE, I DEVELOPED A NEW RESPECT FOR HIM AND HIS MUSIC. ROCK SHOULD BE WITH CROW, ON AND OFF THE STAGE.

Hi, My name is Mayla Madison. I would like to start by saying I Love most everyting kid rock does with his music. Some of his music can be considered a little over board by some. But it is his way of expressing his views. It is as much his right to do it as anyones elses. My question is..... The very first time I heard "Pictures" Cheryl Crow was singin it with him. Is there anyway to get a copy of that version. I could listen to it over and over again.
